Order Process For Tie Manufacturing

Below is a detailed walk through of the production process should you choose to place an order with us. This process is based on 100% information availability from the client. Although time frames are quoted below, we always endeavour to meet any deadlines you may have. When placing your order please make us aware if you have a specific deadline and we will advise accordingly.

1) Initial Enquiry:

We respond to enquiries within 2 hours. When you initially contact us our first aim is to find out some more about your brand, club or project and to ascertain requirements in order to quote you accordingly.

2) Product Design

Once your design has been confirmed, our illustrators will take your brief and create product visualisations for your approval before we proceed. At this point you can make adjustments to the illustrations until you are completely happy to move forward.

3) Fabric Swatch Approval

Once your conceptual illustrations have been approved, we will create a swatch of fabric to match your specifications. This is done within 5 working days and adjustments can be made at this point to improve the fabric if required.

4) Prototype Production

Following the approval of your fabric swatch, the next step in the process is prototype production, where we create a sample of each design. This is the final step before bulk manufacture and typically takes 1-2 weeks. After the sample is approved we proceed to bulk.

5) Bulk Manufacture

Bulk manufacture proceeds once you are totally satisfied with the prototype provided. Bulk manufacture takes 3-4 weeks typically although we always endeavour to complete orders quicker than this. When complete they are shipped to your chosen address via express courier.

6) Express Delivery

Once your products are complete and have been quality checked, they are packaged and approved for delivery via our network of reliable global couriers. We understand that time frames and budgets vary between customers, and can deliver your order on a standard or express basis to suit.
