As custom tie manufacturers, all of our clients are individual, but we do have a standard process which is applied to all orders. Firstly, it starts with your concept. If you have a particular design or logo which you would like applied to the tie we will take a look and advise on the suitability before quoting you for the minimum order quantity and cost. Once an order is placed we will first make a sample swatch of the material with your desired pattern and a single pre production sample for your approval before going ahead with bulk production. All ties are handmade to the very highest quality and using only the finest materials, giving you the assurance that your items will stand the test of time and convey the values of your brand, company, school, club or society effectively.

Our in house design team will assist you in producing tie, neckwear and product illustrations to help communicate or enhance your ideas. They can work from a text brief or inspiration images, helping to take your products from concept to reality, and assisting with visualisation of your designs.
As custom tie manufacturers, all the fabrics we use are produced from scratch to meet your requirements for colour, design and composition. We dye fabrics to your exact specification using Pantone matching, as per the designs agreed. We predominantly work with silk and high quality synthetic materials, which we will produce to match your design.

Yes, we have minimum order quantities (MOQ), but we do not have a maximum order quantity. Our MOQs are the lowest in the industry with the lowest being just 50pcs per design, however the MOQ can vary per design. We work with both large and small orders, and our infrastructure allows us to offer a full manufacturing solution from prototype development to full scale production.
Yes, we produce samples and prototypes on the placement of an order for the MOQ. Our design team will make an initial design of your item which you can tweak until you’re 100% happy with it. After that, and after you have placed the order we will make the initial sample which is sent to you for approval before bulk production commences.
The lead time for samples is usually around 2 weeks of order placement, however it is dependent on your particular design. If you have any particular timescales you would like to achieve please discuss this with us and we will let you know if it is achievable.
We usually use pure silk or high quality synthetic fabrics to produce ties, however everything we make is completely custom to your requirements. As such we produce all fabrics from scratch and don’t hold stock of fabrics. When an order is placed we will first produce a swatch of the fabric in the agreed design/pattern and this will be sent to you before we go ahead with a product sample.
No, we do not produce any ties in the UK. Our factory is strategically placed overseas which allows us to ensure the items we produce for you are of the highest quality, whilst achieving a low price point; important whether you’re a club, society, school or brand. The lead time for a bulk order will vary with our workload and with design complexity, however typically bulk lead times are around 4 weeks after approval of the sample, however in some cases lead times are shorter than this. We understand that some customers have time frames they would like to meet, and we will always endeavor to meet those. If you would like to discuss lead times for bulk orders please let us know.
Yes, as will bulk manufacture of any product there are economies of scale which come in to effect as you order more. Simply put, it will cost more per unit to order 50pcs of each item than it will do for 500pcs of each. As more items are ordered per design, the profit margins achievable when reselling or distributing become more attractive. We have a selection of fully tracked and insured courier services which are made available to you, and selected based on your requirements for speed and budget. If you have a preference on courier speed or you have a budget in place for shipping please let us know.
On some occasions an import duty may be imposed by the customs or border control agencies in your country. Import duties are imposed by the government when goods enter a country from overseas and we are happy to discuss with you the impact of this on your order.
Yes, we will never discuss with any other client your intellectual property, and we will always keep all discussions strictly confidential. Your designs will only be shared with those personnel involved in the production of your items. You can pay for your order via bank transfer or PayPal. If paying by PayPal, a 4% transaction fee will be added to your invoice.
